Step 3 — Full Proposal Delivered

Phase 2: Agreement & Site Readiness
Steps 4–6: Sign, Survey, Schedule
Step 4 — Proposal Sign-Off
The customer reviews the proposal, agrees to the terms, and electronically signs. Fast, frictionless, and fully digital.
Step 5 — On-Site Survey
We visit your location to map out your menus, current system layout, preferred equipment placement, and any power or data constraints that need to be addressed.
Step 6 — Installation Date Agreed
With the survey complete, we lock in your installation date so everything runs on schedule.

Phase 4: Training & Go-Live

One to two days before installation, we conduct an in-depth online training session with your system champion — the key person who will lead adoption within your team.
Step 10 — On-Site Installation & Go-Live Support
